As we reach the top five for 2007, it occurs to me that I've never maintained a list of the most "nominated" actors, directors, etc., even though a master list of every top 20 appearance by every actor has been a part of the Big Skandie File for years. And who finishes consistently near the top is surely more significant than, say, Philip Seymour Hoffman getting two lesser nods every third year. Plus having the list will make my life easier in years to come. So here's how things stand, now including 2007.

Out of curiosity, why did you merge Original and Adapted Screenplay into one category?
Because people had real trouble coming up with 20 notable screenplays in a single year.
While I'm asking, ever thought of including a Cinematography or Score category?
Um, wasn't PSH 5th in 2005 for Capote? I don't see him on the master list.
Good catch, nitpicker. If anyone notices any other omissions, please let me know.
On the tech categories, again, they just didn't seem to work with the format I'd devised/stolen. I'd have some trouble coming up with ten excellent scores per annum.
